Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. We provide samples for quality check. Sample cost can be refunded when you place a bulk order. Standard sample delivery is usually 3-7 days.
Do you accept OEM/ODM customization?
Yes. We support custom size, color, logo printing, mold development, packaging and product design for B2B buyers.
What is your MOQ?
Standard MOQ is 100 pcs for many regular products. Small trial orders are acceptable, and custom product MOQ depends on the design.
Are your prices factory direct?
Yes. Upstar Marine is a direct manufacturer and exporter, helping customers reduce middleman cost while keeping stable quality.
What payment terms do you accept?
Common payment terms include T/T, L/C and PayPal for samples. Typical bulk orders use 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard orders usually take 15-25 days. Custom orders usually take 20-35 days depending on quantity, mold work and logo requirements.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support sea freight, air freight and express delivery such as DHL, UPS and FedEx. Trade terms can include FOB Shanghai or CIF destination.
Do you have quality certifications?
Quality control documents and CE related support can be provided for applicable product lines. Every order follows in-house inspection before shipment.
What is your product warranty?
We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and offer after-sales support for confirmed quality issues.
